With a demolished employee survey in a slim-down form, we look for the factors in the PSA that affect their work: the Work Barometer. The questions supplemented with (possibly) periodically changing group questions give a quick scan in, among other things, the energy in the organisation. Despite the small number of questions, the validity is guaranteed by cooperation with a renowned greatness in the field of enthusiasm. In the follow-up process, possibilities (tools) are developed to discuss the outcomes at individual, team, and department level. Bottom-up becomes a number of items from the Workbarometer negotiable and may result in improvements. In this way, we increasingly come to the intent... responsibilities low in the organisation and draw on energy instead of stress.
