RR Mechatronics Manufacturing B.V. (www.mechatronics.nl) is a supplier of measuring, control, navigation and monitoring equipment. Changes in customer demand necessitate a reorientation on the organisation and way of working. In order to be able to respond well and flexibly to developments in the environment, Mechatronics wants to facilitate employees (the core of our long-term success) in order to be able to meet the requirements of higher production standards for them.
