Administrative renewal is necessary for the municipality of Nijmegen so that the gap between the 100.00+ inhabitants and the city council can be closed. In this project, the Registry, the support body of the City Council, will work on administrative renewal itself and then proactively advise the municipal council to engage with residents in a different way. This project gives the clerical staff room to work together on innovation and implement new forms of work. Beyond the delusion of everyday working on strategic issues, their sustainable employability increases in an organisation in which administrative renewal is necessary.
