The employment company in the labour market region Rijk van Nijmegen is based on what people can do and has the ambition to mediate people to work as regular as possible, with a company that is as regular as possible. In this project, direction to work is central. People who can work are connected to the labour market. In addition, special attention is paid to young people, status holders and people with psychological problems, with and without initial qualification. In the case of young status holders, the main objective is to achieve a sufficient initial qualification.
