The problem is that, in order to reduce qualitative and quantitative bottlenecks in the labour market Transport &Amp; Logistics Midden Brabant, there is a strong need for policy and a pilot for a regional mobility centre for Transport &Amp; Logistics. A mobility centre organised from the triple helix that is tailored and specifically focused on the ambitions in the region of Central Brabant and optimally provides for: the inflow from education, side inflow UWV/Gemeenten, mobility of current employees and talent development. Need for this lies in the enormous economic significance of Logistics in Central Brabant. Joint investment in mobility and sustainable employability is a must to maintain or develop the current position. Activities in the Mobility Centre: • Career Centre • Employment pools with matching tools and outflow variants • Assessments • Enlargement mobility • Places of difficult target group
