The project aims to ensure that each accompanied young person has a training course in key skills adapted to his/her needs which will be identified during a methodological process of skills assessment (establishment of personalised pedagogy workshops, capitalisation of young people’s skills through an e-portfolio). The training offered will be based on the Forem Key Competence Reference Framework established on the European Reference Framework.
