The project aims to integrate or maintain in employment persons with motor, sensory or intellectual disabilities by improving accessibility in the workplace, adapting workstations or a new work organisation. The project focuses on the added value of the worker and the enhancement of his skills and not on compensation for loss of return due to disability. It is aimed at both the person with a disability and his or her employer.
