The project aims to boost the sustainable integration of jobseekers into the transport and logistics trades through their qualifications and certifications of the skills acquired in a logic of optimal management of their skills portfolio. Certification is a cornerstone of this project, which has become essential for practicing most of the sector’s trades: more than 10 722 jobseekers will be trained in a trade and will be awarded at least one certification at the end of their training. Thus, they will be part of a lifelong learning process. In view of new emerging topics and technological innovations, new ad hoc training modules will be developed and implemented such as lean, circular economy, green logistics.
