This project consists of modeling an integrated offer of front-line health and social services accessible to all in neighbourhoods with a high economic and social mix. Two centres of ± 1.500 m² will be created in 2018 and 2020 according to different models. In the meantime, and in response to the migration challenge, a multidisciplinary team is involved in existing social and health structures to facilitate the integration of migrants into existing services.
