The aim of the project is to contribute to a reduction of the gender segregated labormarket and an increased gender equality for the participating organisations. The project will train municipal officials, politicians and emplyees for them to have the knowledge and tools to act towards a higher level of integration of equality, contribute to more full-time positions and a reduction of the gender segregated labor market. The project will also develope and advance methods and tools that can be used for increased gender equality and non-discrimination. Furthermore the project aims to demonstrate how public sector can show good examples of working towards increased gender equality for private sector to take after.
