Project sustainable working life focuses on promoting health and preventing illness within Sundsvall municipality through skills development which includes both preventive, promotional activities as well as promoted activities. The aim is to contribute to health equity and sustainable organization to be able to meet current needs and requirements of Sundsvall Municipality in the field of safety, health and gender equality. With a health promotion perspective through skills development the project wants to increase awareness about the relationship between work, health and focus on that which maintains and develops health, consequently health factors, and in learning environments to try methods that increase readiness and skills for a more sustainable working life. The aim is to create long-term change in the whole municipality contributes to the desired effect on long sick leave.
