During the upcoming years the municipality of Ragunda expect large retirement of staff, in combination with a segregated labour market and a low capacity of receiving people who are a part of the labour market programme, among experiences of a huge workload from present staff. All of this causes challenges for the future. Our wish for this project is that we will reach a wider and much more distinct collaboration between the municipal activities, increased wellbeing among staff and larger prerequisite for resources, when it comes to time and competence for the municipal departments to become more qualified for carrying out introductions at their workplaces for new staff. In this project we will meet the whole municipal staff, we will work for a more sustainable work life in Ragunda municipality, through dialogues with managers and staff, workshops, education for instructors and deepened knowledges within gender equality, accessibility and non-discrimination.
