KASAM 2.0

Strömsund municipality intends to carry out a training effort at an individual level in a unique way through the project. This project will enable a joint overall effort, for all managers and all employees in salutogenic / health promotion approach. Efforts planned in the project are expected to counteract exclusion, promote skills development and non-discrimination. The purpose of the project is to create a sustainable model, environment, health promotion development and trio coaching as the development model for collegial support. As part of creating sustainable and lifelong working life, for both women and men, a method and material for health promotion will also be developed. The intention of the project is to establish a salutogenic approach in all the activities of Strömsund municipality during the same period. The theory model are called for a sense of context - KASAM. High comprehension, high manageability and high sense of meaning, make the employee secure, effective and motivated at work. Leaders need to plan and lead to contribute to understanding. Manoeuvrability is about being able to influence and master what you face. Empowerment is a motivation, and in a workplace it can also involve roles, responsibility, self-esteem, identity and teamwork.Our intention is that through the various activities planned by the project, KASAM will empower our employees.Our value-based words (responsibility, participation and respect) are used as foundation for daily behaviours and decisions. It affects and empower an inclusive approach. Today, women and men whit several different nationalities and opportunities lives in the municipality of Strömsund. All of these are presumptuous employees.It is important that our organization have the approach to include everyone. Everyone are needed in our organization. It is important that women and men in our organization share a positive approach to include everyone, to achieve the greatest possible participation and learning, we want to use the following Desired goals for Strömsund municipality with the project are: To achieve the greatest possible participation and learning, we want to use the following activities 1 Coaching for managers 2 Workshops 3 Dialogue groups 4 Education and management Coaching for health promotion dialogues 5 Trio coaching 6 Gender equality education for managers 7 Development and test of a new, health promotion introduction for new and old managers and coworkers - Method of Salutogena / Health Promotion workplace meetings - Method of Salutogena / Health Promotion Development - Promote and empower understanding of the value-based words - All workplaces in Strömsund municipality work with the feeling of context, KASAM. - Strengthen the personal leadership of all employees This approach will promote the Strömsund municipality as an attractive employer with good health-promoting workplaces characterized by job satisfaction and good results.
