The aim of the Project, PRIS, is to implement a systematic, sustainable and qualitative work with practical working experience that increases equality, career management skills and mobility across the municipal boundaries within Skåne. The target group is those within the school and the municipality who work with practical working experience and the scanian employers. Through four types of activities - networking, development of industry models, communication and employer support - the project aims to achieve the following objectives: • Increased number of registered employers offering practical working experience • Increased distribution between industries and public versus private activities offering practical working experience • Decreased number of gender stereotyped choice of training-places for students. The Project is owned and coordinated by Region Skåne, implemented by four sub-project managers and in collaboration with relevant employers, organizations and authorities, for the project objectives. The project plans to start in January 2020 and finish in January 2022.
