The feasibility study is a way of developing the conditions for a strategy for the next program period. Complementary analysis and mobilization of collaborators in the county will result in a well-founded basis for project applications for the Social Fund program 2021-2027. The starting point for the external analyzes in the feasibility study will be “Green Kronoberg / Gröna Kronobergs” focus area: To create better prospects for development in the labor market, the following must be acchieved: - Strengthen the individual's adaptability. - Strengthen the position of foreign-born in the labor market and in society. - Promote access to talent and highly educated people. - Promote informed studies and career choices for lifelong learning. This, in turn, must be linked to the inquiry's focus on the unemployed, including the long-term unemployed and people in transition according to the definitions of the five target areas described in the program proposal for the Social Fund program 2021-2027. Examples of this are in-depth analysis of: - The need for efforts to produce planning documents for lifelong learning, from education to employment to remain attractive in the labor market - The need for efforts to increase the presence of strategically important industries for a long-term supply of skills to the county The feasibility study aims to shed light on future areas that are not fully visible today during the current program period, but which may be of significance for future needs and conditions in the Swedish labor market.
