The purpose of the project EMPLOYMENT+ is to strengthen the civil society as an actor within labor market policies. This is done by developing collaborations for education/training, working life and workplace-based learning so that more people can gain access, re-enter and gain a more stable position in the labor market, which in turn leads to reduced financial vulnerability for those in most need.. In 2022, the partners will have defined and refined individual and common innovative methods / working methods that promote social inclusion and counteract unemployment and exclusion, as well as established action plans for implementation. The need for skills to support labor market policy in the social economy will be visible and there will be a developed structure for skills development. Furthermore, there are strategies for innovation that include collaboration between actors in civil society / social economy and between these actors and actors of other sectors of society. The project brings together a partnership of key players in civil society / social economy very well embedded in the regions throughout Sweden. But also relatively new players, to capture the recent changes in the labor market. The collaborating actors are: ABF, Coompanion, Funktionsrätt Sverige, Hela Sverige Skall Leva, IF Metall, Riksidrottsförbundet, Rädda Barnen, SMART and the self-employment company Convoy The project will carry out activities to map the role of the civil society partners in the areas of education/training, working life and workplace-based learning at national and regional level. Furthermore, the actors' working methods and methods in the fields of mobilizing, preparing, training and supporting people's incremental path to education and jobs.. Working methods are refined and results are created within the thematic areas; inclusion methods, effect measurement, competence / quality development, the individual patthway, collaborations in sparsely populated areas, collaboratiosn around the gig economy, collaborations for completed schooling and collaboration with the business community. The project works in these development areas, but also through regional test beds. This ensures that the project produces action plans are rooted in the reality in which target groups and organizations operate. The result of the development work aims to result in concrete action plans / implementation plans and established partnerships / networks for future calls.
