THIS PROJECT IS AIMED AT TRAINING FOR THE INTEGRATION AND/OR REINTEGRATION INTO THE LABOUR MARKET OF UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES, WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO PEOPLE WITH DOWN SYNDROME, IN THE SPECIALIST FIELD OF PREPARATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF MEALS AND IN GENERAL IN THE CATERING SECTOR, THUS INTENDING TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE OPTIMISATION OF THEIR CHANCES OF INTEGRATION INTO THE LABOUR MARKET. IN PARTICULAR, THE AIM OF THE COURSES IS TO FORM A PROFESSIONAL FIGURE ABLE TO CARRY OUT THE OPERATIONS RELATED TO THE PREPARATION OF DISHES, THE CARE AND SANITATION OF EQUIPMENT, STORAGE AND PRESERVATION OF RAW MATERIALS, PREPARATION OF THE ROOM AND DISTRIBUTION OF MEALS AND DRINKS.
