THE ADOPTION OF SMART WORKING IS A CHALLENGE FOR THE COMPANY NOT ONLY FROM AN ORGANISATIONAL POINT OF VIEW, A CHANGE INVOLVES TECHNOLOGICAL, BUT ABOVE ALL CULTURAL ASPECTS. THE COMPANY HAS LONG BEEN EQUIPPED WITH ALL THE TOOLS, BOTH HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE, THAT ALLOW AGILE WORK. HOWEVER, IN ORDER TO ENSURE PRODUCTIVITY AND EFFICIENCY OF ALL BUSINESS PROCESSES, IT IS ESSENTIAL TO ENHANCE TRAINING, INTERNAL COMMUNICATION, ACTIVE EMPLOYEE INVOLVEMENT AND THE SHARING OF ‘BEST PRACTICES’ WITHIN THE ORGANISATION. IN THIS ACTION THE COMPANY WILL THEN REALISE PATHWAYS FOR ADAPTATION TO THE CHANGE THAT WE WANT TO PUT IN PLACE THAT WILL RESULT IN TRAINING MODULES ON LEADERSHIP, SENSE OF COMMUNITY, CHANGE MANAGEMENT, CYBER SECURITY AND LEGISLATIVE ASPECTS. THE SMART WORKERS IDENTIFIED FOR THIS PILOT PROJECT WILL BE ABOUT 40 ORGANISED IN FOUR ‘CLASSES’ IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE NOTICE AND WILL BENEFIT FROM ABOUT 16 HOURS OF FORM
