THE GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THIS PROJECT IS TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATIONAL SUCCESS OF 166 STUDENTS IN THE IEFP PATHWAYS WITH DISABILITIES OR AT A DISADVANTAGE, GUARANTEEING THEM THE RIGHT TO EDUCATION AND TRAINING, IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE REAL SOCIAL INCLUSION, WITH A VIEW TO EMPLOYABILITY AND ACCESS TO EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR INTEGRATION INTO THE WORLD OF WORK AND CIVIL SOCIETY. THE GUIDING PRINCIPLE THAT CHARACTERISES THE OPERATIONAL PRACTICE OF THE PROPOSED INTERVENTIONS IS THE VALORISATION OF THE GROUP DIMENSION AS A PRIVILEGED PLACE FOR INDIVIDUAL LEARNING AND GROWTH FROM DIFFERENT POINTS OF VIEW: EDUCATIONAL, DIDACTIC, RELATIONAL.
