THE GRAF.TEA RESEARCH PROJECT IS AIMED AT PRODUCT INNOVATION THROUGH THE APPLICATION OF HIGHLY ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE USE OF GRAPHENE. DIRECTA PLUS HAS DEVELOPED AND PATENTED A FUNCTIONAL GRAPHENE-BASED PRINTING, WHICH CAN BE APPLIED TO ALL TYPES OF FABRIC, CREATING A CIRCUIT WITH SPECIFIC CHARACTERISTICS IN TERMS OF DESIGN AND COVERAGE AND ABLE TO MOVE HEAT FROM THE HOTTEST POINTS TO THE COLDEST POINTS OF THE CIRCUIT ITSELF. THE FORMULATION OF THE PRESS PASTE IS ENGINEERED TO ENSURE A HIGH RESISTANCE TO WASHING AND IS FREE OF SOLVENTS. THANKS TO THE COLLABORATION WITH THE NATIONAL INTERUNIVERSITY CONSORTIUM FOR MATERIALS SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (INSTM) RESEARCH CENTRE, THE PROJECT WILL VALIDATE PLANAR THERMAL CIRCUIT’S TECHNOLOGY FOR THE PRODUCTION OF CLOTHING AND FURNISHING ITEMS WITH OPTIMAL THERMAL CAPABILITIES.
