THIS PROJECT IS DEDICATED TO 150 EMPLOYEES OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF VICENZA, DIVIDED BETWEEN MANAGERS AND OFFICIALS OF DIFFERENT ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS, AND IS LOCATED WITHIN ACTION LINE 1 (INTERNATIONALISATION) WITH THE AIM OF BEING ABLE TO COPE WITH INTERNATIONAL SOCIAL, CULTURAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENTS AND DEVELOP THE LANGUAGE SKILLS NECESSARY TO DEAL WITH THE INCREASING NUMBER OF FOREIGN PEOPLE PRESENT IN THE TERRITORY OF VICENTINO. ON THIS SUBJECT, THE PROJECT INCLUDES 5 LANGUAGE TRAINING INTERVENTIONS AND A SHORT PREPARATION FOR LANGUAGE CERTIFICATION EXAMS (SCHEDULED FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO TAKE THE TEST); TRANSNATIONAL MOBILITY IS ALSO PLANNED IN BRUSSELS TO VISIT THE INSTITUTIONS AND BODIES OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY. IT IS ALSO INTENDED TO USE LINE 4 (CHANGE MANAGEMENT) TO INTRODUCE A MANAGERIAL “REVOLUTION” BASED ON NEW AGILE MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES. THESE TOPICS WILL BE DISCUSSED
