THE PROJECT MEETS THE OBJECTIVES SET OUT IN THE DIRECTIVE AND PRESENTS ITSELF AS A STRUCTURED AND SYNERGISTIC SET OF TRAINING AND ACCOMPANYING ACTIONS WITH THE COMMON OBJECTIVE OF MANAGING THE ORGANISATIONAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE COMPANIES INVOLVED. A SYNERGISTIC WORK WILL BE CARRIED OUT BETWEEN THE VARIOUS PARTNERS TO PROMOTE THE PROJECT THROUGH THE DIFFERENT CHANNELS OF COMMUNICATION, WITH THE AIM OF SUPPORTING THE ORGANISATION AND THE GOOD PERFORMANCE OF THE ACTIVITIES. THE PROJECT RELATES TO THE TYPE OF MULTI-COMPANY PROJECT WITH INTER-COMPANY TRAINING INTERVENTIONS.
