THE PROJECT TO BE BORN WOMEN, TO BE REBORN IS AIMED AT EMPLOYED WOMEN (ENTREPRENEURS, PROFESSIONALS OR EMPLOYEES) WHO PLAY A KEY ROLE IN THE ORGANISATION OF WORK AND IN THE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION WITHIN THEIR STUDIES OR IN THE ENTERPRISES IN WHICH THEY WORK. THE PROJECT AIMS TO INTRODUCE AND TEST NEW ORGANIZATIONAL MODELS OF WORK (INTRODUCING WELFARE, SMART WORKING AND DIGITALISATION MEASURES) AND PROVIDES FOR THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF INTERVENTION: TRAINING, ACCOMPANIMENT, ADVICE, WORKSHOPS.
