THE PROJECT STEMS FROM THE NEED OF PARTNER COMPANIES TO ENHANCE THE DIGITAL MINDSET OF FEMALE WORKERS, UNDERSTOOD AS A NEW MENTAL MODEL, OPEN AND ABLE TO SEIZE THE OPPORTUNITIES OFFERED BY THE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION, FUNDAMENTAL TO BE ABLE TO MAINTAIN THEIR OWN COMPETITIVENESS ON THE LABOUR MARKET AND TO PROMOTE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT. THE CULTURAL CHANGE THAT CAN BRING WOMEN WORKERS IN TERMS OF DIGITAL INNOVATION OF BUSINESS PROCESSES CAN BE CONSIDERED A DRIVER FOR THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE ENTIRE VENETO TERRITORY. THE PROJECT, IN ORDER TO BRIDGE A STILL SENSITIVE GENDER GAP, WILL DEVELOP IN PARTNER COMPANIES TRAINING ON ISSUES RELATED TO THE ADOPTION OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN BUSINESS PROCESSES AND TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE EMPOWERMENT OF FEMALE WORKERS.
