MEASURES ARE PLANNED TO INCREASE THE EMPLOYABILITY OF UNEMPLOYED OR INACTIVE WOMEN WITH THE AIM OF PROMOTING THEIR INTEGRATION AND PERMANENCE IN AN INCREASINGLY DIGITAL LABOUR MARKET AND MADE UP OF “HYBRID JOBS”, AS PROVIDED FOR IN DGR 526/2020 WITH REFERENCE TO LINE 1 “THE THREAD”. THE PROPOSED INTERVENTIONS HAVE A MAIN FOCUS ON THE TOPIC OF DIGITALISATION CONSIDERED AS A PRIORITY OF THE PROPOSER AND THE NETWORK OF PARTNERS INVOLVED (MUNICIPALITIES WITH THEIR SOCIAL AND ACTIVE RESEARCH OFFICES, ANTI-VIOLENCE CENTRES AND COOPERATIVES/ASSOCIATIONS THAT MANAGE SHELTERS, EMPLOYMENT AGENCIES AND ACTORS ACTIVE IN ACTIVE POLICIES, THE IT ASSOCIATION WITHOUT FRONTIERS FOR DIGITAL ASPECTS, BUSINESS ASSOCIATIONS OF CATEGORIES, INCLUDING ONE AT NATIONAL LEVEL OF FEMALE ENTREPRENEURS, TRADE UNIONS AND COMPANIES DEALING WITH ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND START-UPS, HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS).
