THE PROFESSIONAL FIGURE OF REFERENCE IS THAT OF THE TECHNICIAN IN THE PRODUCTION AND MARKETING OF BEVERAGES, THE EXPERT IN THE MANAGEMENT OF THE PRODUCTION PROCESSES AND THE MARKETING OF BEVERAGES (E.G. WINE, DISTILLATES, CRAFT BEERS). IT IS ABLE TO MANAGE A WIDE PROCESS, FROM THE CHOICE OF RAW MATERIALS, TO THE DIRECT PRODUCTION OF BEVERAGES, FROM THE QUALITY CONTROL OF THE PRODUCTS MADE, TO THEIR PROMOTION, VALORISATION AND MARKETING.
