The implementation of the project activities is foreseen to start on 01.06.2022. The project for technical assistance includes the provision of financial resources for the preparation of documentation for the selection of a contractor for public procurement with the subject of: ‘Acquisition of a multipurpose rescue ship’ and assistance to the Maritime Administration Executive Agency in the award of the public procurement procedure. The project proposal includes an assessment and analysis of the needs of the Maritime Administration Executive Agency for acquiring a multipurpose rescue ship; drawing up a technical specification and determining the estimated value of a public contract with the subject of: ‘Acquisition of a multipurpose rescue vessel’; preparation of documentation for conducting the open procedure for the selection of a contractor for public procurement with the subject of: ‘Acquisition of a multipurpose rescue ship’, as well as assistance to the Maritime Administration Executive Agency in awarding the contract for: ‘Acquisition of a multi-purpose rescue ship’. The management of the project will be carried out by a team of IA “Maritime Adimination”. The investment project “Acquisition of multipurpose rescue ship” will be funded by the Transport Connectivity Programme 2021-2027.
