The concept of the project “SCHANCE — Integrated Approach to Social Inclusion” focuses on the implementation of complementary activities aimed at an integrated solution to the existing problems faced by persons and families from vulnerable groups, combined with taking into account their individual needs and needs. The overall objective of the project is through the introduction and implementation of complex social, health and educational services aimed at socio-economic integration of people from vulnerable groups on the territory of Kardzhali Municipality to increase the quality of life, to provide opportunities for social inclusion of these groups, while creating conditions for poverty reduction. The specific objectives are aimed at providing training and employment, as well as improving access to social and health services for representatives of vulnerable groups. The project also aims to create conditions for better educational integration of children and students from ethnic minorities. The target groups of the project include the individuals and their family members who will be accommodated in the built social housing as well as those from disadvantaged backgrounds. The project includes activities ensuring the implementation of the measures of the “social package” as part of the “Social housing” service, namely — motivational and vocational training, providing employment, raising the health culture and providing conditions for improving the educational level of their children.
