The project proposal envisages the opening of a Center for Support for Persons with Disabilities, including severe multiple disabilities and their families in the Municipality of Kardzhali, with a capacity of 30 seats, according to the Community Support Services Map of the Action Plan for the period 2018-2021 for the implementation of the National Strategy for Long-Term Care. The project proposal will build the necessary social infrastructure for the provision of social and integrated health and social services and mobile services to persons with disabilities, including severe multiple disabilities and their families. For the purposes of the project, the Municipality of Kardzhali provides a municipal property building located in the town of Kardzhali, Belomorski Blvd.The main objective of the project is to provide quality care for persons with severe disabilities.The project activities include construction works, equipment and furniture, the purchase of transport vehicles, recruitment and hiring of personnel, training and supervision of staff and the opening and provision of social service Center for support of persons with disabilities, including with severe multiple disabilities and their families for a period of 12 months. persons with disabilities, including severe multiple disabilities at risk and their families and persons with disabilities, including with severe multiple disabilities, benefiting from resident services and their families.Through the project proposal will be created conditions and prerequisites for investing in complex integrated measures aimed at improving access to social and health services for persons with disabilities, including multiple disabilities, as well as providing support to their families caring for these persons.
