The project promotes cooperation and competitiveness of the biotechnology sector in Galicia-North of Portugal in order to turn the Euroregion into a pole of excellence in biotechnology. A Cross-Border Biotechnology Cluster will be created, and it will operate as an agent to promote competitiveness, providing advanced business development services. It will also seek to contribute to the strengthening of the human capital skills of the Galician-Portuguese biotechnological sector and to promote its international projection and its access to foreign markets.
