The main objective of the MoBAE project is to promote the HIBRIDATION OF KNOWING BETWEEN AUTOMOTION, ICT, AEROESPACIAL AND hyper-LONGEVITY in the Euro-region Galicia-North of Portugal, with a view to identifying NEW EMERGENCY COMPETIES, SUPPORTING entrepreneurship and managing new business opportunities in the productive system of the mobility industries. In this sense, the emerging skills needed to address the challenges and generate entrepreneurial and business opportunities associated with advanced and extended mobility will be identified. It is ADVANCED MOVILITY because it assumes competences that are booming in mobility (connected, autonomous, electrical and shared), and is EXTENDED, because it aims to identify potential knowledge intersections between automotive, ICT, aerospace and hyper-longevity areas. To achieve its objective, the project will IDENTIFICATE AND support INICIATIVES OF EMPLOYMENT AND intra-entrepreneurship that face the main challenges of the productive system from these knowledge intersections. To this end, work will be carried out on SENSIBILISATION AND CAPACITATION OF POTENTIAL AND DIRECTIVE ENTRATORS OF COMPANY AND DIRECTIVEs and will give a more Inclusive Advice to entrepreneurial and/or entrepreneurial initiatives with better potential. Such advice shall include support in the search for public or private funding and in the development of their initiatives, either through access to accelerators, incubators or potential partners. In addition, there will be a task of capturing investors and alerting the public AGENTS OF THE EURO-REGION FOR OPPORTUNITIES TO IMPROVE YOUR PROGRAMMES to support entrepreneurship in the mobility industries. In addition, the MoBAE project will complement and enhance initiatives to support entrepreneurship as the BUSINESS FACTORY AUTO ACELERATORS (GALICIA) and 4SCALE (NORTE DE PORTUGAL). All this work will improve the conditions necessary for the APARITION OF NEW INITIATIVE COMPANY IN THE AMBITO OF ADVANCED AND EXTENDED MOVILITY, directly contributing to RESULT INDICATORS (variation of the number of companies in the area of cooperation) and PRODUCTIVITY, through the different actions of the project, as described below, in particular, Business Development Services created or supported and No. of companies receiving aid. Results: The main results of MoBAE are: — 40 people trained in entrepreneurship under the approach of emerging competences in advanced mobility. — 8 projects/entrepreneurship initiatives supported through the advanced advisory service. — 5 innovative projects for the development of new products, services or processes financed through public or private funding sources. — 5 cooperation agreements between companies and technology centres or universities generated by matching needs and emerging skills. These results will contribute to the creation of new companies in the area of cooperation either via spin-offs or entrepreneurship initiatives supported, thus directly responding to the RESULT INDICATOR “Variation of the number of companies in the area of cooperation” in an estimate of 5 companies.
