The project objective is to take actions actions enhancing access to and promoting cultural and natural wealth of Żary and Weißwasser among the local communities as well as potential tourists from outside the support area. Both cities will receive infrastructure, facilities, and equipment enabling and facilitating usage by visitors of the natural and cultural heritage. In Żary and Weißwasser, camper and tent campsites are planned, together with requisite infrastructure. Promotional and information actions will be taken to enhance recognition of the region. Design and issue of a map of the Łużyce Wschodnie area in Polish, German, and English are planned, which will popularise the knowledge of local tourist attractions and the regional camper infrastructure.
