Implemented in 2019-2020, the project aims at developing cross-border network cooperation between the villages of Łękawica and Jablunkov and other local authorities, non-governmental organizations and local communities in the districts of Żywiecki and Frydek Místek. Cross-border cooperation incubators will be established in the villages of Łękawica and Jablunkov and thanks to them local authorities and non-governmental organizations, as well as other partners and residents will be involved in joint network activities contributing to the development of the border regions.
