It is planned to build a cycling link between Drska and Bršljin with a total length of 2.583 m. This is the length of the total investment, which is not entirely tied to this role, since Etapa 2 (brv over Krka and the connecting cycle path) is the subject of the second application. Part of this project is all the arrangements on Slavka Gruma Street (700 m long) and the arrangement of road lighting and marking of the cycling link on Povhova ulica (800 m) and the partial arrangement of road lighting on the Lastovče street (from the link to stage 2 to the house number Lastovče 44a — 4 luminaires). The length of the arrangements related to this application is 1.500 m. The basic purpose of building a cycling link is to arrange safe cycling traffic between Drska and Bršljin. The investment will allow the daily migration of cyclists between the two parts of Novo mesto. This will also change people’s travel habits.
