The purpose of the project is to respond to the problem of insufficient involvement of Croatian citizens in lifelong learning by raising awareness of the importance of lifelong learning, promoting different possibilities for lifelong learning and expanding existing and introducing new aclivities to increase participation/inclusion of adults in lifelong learning processes, in order to strengthen their competitiveness on the labour market and strengthen personal capacities for active participation in society. Furthermore, the project will strengthen the competences of educational staff from adult education institutions.
