The central portal of “e-Consultations” contributed to a more qualitative cooperation of public administration with citizens and other stakeholders in the process of public policy-making. The multi-annual practice of using the system has shown the need to achieve the following objectives: technical and substantive improvement of the portal, including the extension of the system to JLPRS, simplification of the work in the application for target groups: users themselves, and for competent officials in the TDU, and increase the level of awareness of the possibilities and application of all functionalities of the system.
