The project addresses the problem of organizational and financial undercapacity of local CSOs dealing with the protection of human rights of the most vulnerable groups with the aim of transferring knowledge, experiences and good practices and forming local CSOs and empowering them as long-term stable and sustainable organisations that will be able to identify in a timely manner the problems encountered by citizens in their local community and respond effectively and efficiently to them, especially in crisis situations, thereby encouraging the development of local communities and the prosperity of citizens as end users.
