Strong earthquakes on 28 and 29 December 2020 caused human suffering and large material damage in the area of Sisak-Moslavina and parts of Karlovac and Zagreb counties. Among the damaged property is more than 1,500 family houses (houses) and about 1000 apartments in multi-residential buildings (VSZ) owned by the Republic of Croatia and managed by the Central State Office for Housing Care. This project envisages the removal of severely damaged family houses and the construction of replacement housing units (family houses and multi-residential buildings) managed by the SDUOSZ with the corresponding documentation necessary for the execution of the works and implementation of the project. The total value of the project amounts to 348,600,000 HRK, of which 331,170,000 HRK are provided from EU funds.
