The scale of incidence and treatment of cancer diseases are becoming a growing challenge of health systems in the world, especially in Croatia, which has worrying indicators of occurrence, detection and outcome of treatment of cancer patients. The project will carry out research that should result in the introduction of innovative processes in the treatment of cancers and metastatic diseases and the provision of new and unique services to patients. The project will acquire the necessary equipment and conducted research that will put the treatment of cancer and metastatic diseases in the abdomen, at a global level, to a completely new level in terms of effectiveness of treatment, duration and number of procedures, quality of life of patients and treatment outcomes.
