Brownfield sites represent a great potential for improving the economic, environmental and social environment in UP Zadar. Most of the brownfield area refers to former military areas (83.3 %) that is necessary to be revitalised to the benefit of the population of UP Zadar. The project restores the brownfield space of the former barracks on S. Radic Street, as well as the former military complex, to restore and restore the existing, currently unused space, to reuse and serve the community. The aim of the project is to revitalise the brownfield area of the former military complex with the parter landscaping of the Youth Centre.
