The aim of the project is to better connect the island of Rab with the mainland (especially in the period of adverse weather events) which will be achieved by building a new ramp. The realisation will allow an increase in the number of maintained routes compared to planned throughout the calendar year. The safety of navigation will be further increased, which will result in better availability of employment, education and other services both on the island of Rab and in the area of the City of Senj and the rest of the county. The construction of a new ramp contributes in particular to the quality of life of the local population and the population of the island of Rab. The total value of the project is 18,917.865,94 HRK, and the total eligible costs are also 18.917.865,94 HRK. The total duration of the project is 30 months.
