The project is a response to the diagnosis and survey conducted by OPS in Stawiski in 2020 among people benefiting from the support of OPS and OP FP, based on indicators and research defining the environment at risk of exclusion and requiring support in order to implement the local activity programme. The aim of the project is to support 30 people (22 K, 8M) at risk of poverty or exclusion from POPŻ from the area covered by the PAL Stawiska Commune. Support under the project will be implemented using active inclusion instruments of a social, occupational and health nature. The project will include people living in the Stawiski Municipality in the district of Cologne in the period from 01.01.2022 to 31.12.2022. Support shall be addressed to persons who are not supported by the relevant actions in the main axes.The main results planned in the project are the acquisition of social, health and professional competences and skills by 22 K 8M; acquisition of new qualifications and attitudes/skills necessary on the labour market by 8 people. The result of this project will also be to increase self-confidence and self-esteem, ability to solve problems, improve health and reduce addictions. Main tasks of the project: workshops psychol., health, social work., professional work, counseling include: dietetician, physiot. The project offers individual. and complex. support responding to the needs participates unlimited possibilities of access to debris. It offers individual support, family support and Wednesdays. These support tools were made in consultation with OPS in S.A. taking into account the diagnosis of the problem situation, resources, potential, predispositions and the needs of participants. The above-mentioned analysis was carried out by OPS in Stawiski in 2020 for the purpose of preparation and development of the PAL, which was adopted by resolution RM in S-ach 28.10.2020 and reflects the conducted analysis.
