SCOPE OF THE PROJECT “COMPREHENSIVE MODERNISATION OF THE TRAM LINE AT UL. KONSTANTYNOWSKA ON THE SECTION FROM THE TRAM LOOP “HEALTH” TO THE CITY BORDERS TOGETHER WITH THE ACCOMPANYING INFRASTRUCTURE INCLUDES THE EXECUTION OF TASKS: TASK 1 PRECISING WORK — THE SCOPE OF THE TASK INCLUDES THE PREPARATION OF PROJECT DOCUMENTATION NECESSARY FOR THE PROPER IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT, INCLUDING CONSTRUCTION AND EXECUTION PROJECTS. TASK 2 CONSTRUCTION WORKS -ZAKRES TASK INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING ELEMENTS: ROAD WORKS, BICYCLE ROADS, TRACK WORKS, TRAKCJA (INCLUDING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW CONTAINER SUBSTATION BUILDING (SUPPLYING A TRAM LINE) WITH ITS EQUIPMENT), ENGINEERING STRUCTURES, SMALL ARCHITECTURE, GREENERY, LAND DEFENCE NETWORKS, REMOVAL OF THE COLLISION, TASK 3 INDIRECT COSTS — THE SCOPE OF THE TASK INCLUDES THE COSTS OF THE CONTRACT ENGINEER AND INFORMATION AND PROMOTION IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT IN THE INDICATED SCOPE WILL ALLOW TO ACHIEVE THE OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT AND, ABOVE ALL, TO ACHIEVE THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF: INCREASING THE USE OF PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND ACHIEVING LOW-CARBON AND SUSTAINABLE URBAN MOBILITY. THANKS TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT, TRAM TRAFFIC WILL BE RESTORED ON THE SECTION OF UL. THERE WILL BE AN INCREASE IN THE NUMBER OF PASSENGERS USING LOW-EMISSION PUBLIC TRANSPORT. THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THESE TASKS WILL TRANSLATE NOT ONLY INTO AN INCREASE IN THE ROLE OF PUBLIC PUBLIC TRANSPORT, BUT ALSO IN REDUCING THE NEGATIVE IMPACT OF TRANSPORT ON THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT. THE TARGET GROUP OF THE PROJECT IS MAINLY RESIDENTS OF BOATS AND SURROUNDING AREAS, BUT ALSO OTHER PEOPLE USING PUBLIC TRANSPORT. IN ADDITION, BY ADAPTING THE PUBLIC TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE TO THE NEEDS OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE VOIVODESHIP AND INTEGRATING IT WITH OTHER MODES OF TRANSPORT, THE PLANNED USERS OF THE PROJECT ALSO INCLUDE PEOPLE CURRENTLY USING INDIVIDUAL TRANSPORT, WHO WILL START USING PUBLIC TRANSPORT THROUGH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT.
