The implementation of the project results from the need to increase the transport accessibility of the Łódź Voivodeship in road traffic. The purpose of the investment is to: improvement of technical conditions, capacity and safety of road traffic (transit and local) and pedestrians, improvement of environmental conditions (reduction of noise and exhaust emissions) and improvement of access of the city of Łódź to the A1 motorway by including the section of the provincial road under construction in the third stage of the route “Górna”. Road users are residents of the municipality of Brójce, Łódź as well as carriers, professional drivers, entrepreneurs, tourists, local authorities and road managers. The scope of the investment includes: construction of provincial road No 714 following the county road from km 5+ 712.25 to km 8+ 068.91.(2.35 km product) road class G, load capacity 115kN/axis, road extension: municipal Nos 106204E, 106205E, 106206E, 106207E, 106208E; expansion of intersections; demolition and construction of conventions; construction of a bicycle path; construction of pavements; construction of bus bays; construction of temporary touring roads; the construction of a temporary culvert; construction of passageways for amphibians; demolition and construction of a bridge on the river Ner; strengthening the riverbed of the river Ner; construction of a rainwater system with open and closed ditches and volts for the river Ner and drainage; construction of road lighting; reconstructing the network: energy, teletechnical, and water supply, horizontal and vertical marking, cutting of greenery conflicting with the investment, and planting greenery and clearing the land. The project also includes the purchase of built-in or undeveloped properties and promotion of the project: information boards/memorial boards and television program.
