The subject of the project is the thermomodernisation of three public buildings performing an important function of the commune’s public and social life (the house of the Suliszów OSP, the Primary School in Chmielnik, the building of the village centre in the Dutch town). The project will contribute to increasing energy efficiency, rational use of energy, reduction of seasonal heat losses for individual buildings. In order to achieve the objectives, the following actions will be taken: insulation of buildings, replacement of windows, external doors and lighting for energy-saving ceilings, redevelopment of heating systems, replacement of heat source, installation of RES installations. The devices/installations purchased as part of the project will be new. INDICATORS: 1.The amount of electricity saved- 19.09 MWh, 2.The amount of thermal energy saved- 1061.50 GJ, 3.Reducing final energy consumption as a result of the implementation of projects- 1284,28GJ, 4.The estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions-108.83 Mg/year, 5.Number of energy-modernised buildings-3, 6.Use surface of thermally modernised buildings — 3018, 88, 7.Reducing annual primary energy consumption in public buildings-400287,06, 8.Number of modernised heat sources -3, 9.Number of electricity generation units built from RES-1, The objectives of the project and the project’s planned implementation are in accordance with the specific objectives set for the 3 Priority Axis of the ROP 2014-2020 and with the specific objectives of Measure 3.3 Improving energy efficiency using renewable energy sources in the public and residential sectors. The Municipality of Chmielnik will carry out an ex-post audit within 14 months of the completion of the investment in question. The project results from the PGN for the municipality of Chmielnik (Annex No. 4). Total value of the project (eligible): 2 620 331.65 PLN co-financing 2 227 281,91 PLN.
