Thermomodernisation of the building of the Complex of Electronic Schools at ul. Sadkowska 19 in Radom

The subject of the project is the thermomodernisation of the building of the Electronic School Complex at ul. Sadkowska 19 in Radom. The scope of work covered by the project was defined as part of the developed energy audit of the building, which defined a set of optimal thermal modernisation improvements that will contribute to the improvement of the energy efficiency of the public utility facility with an educational function. The scope of the project includes: 1) energy modernisation of the external ceiling, 2) energy modernisation of external walls, 3) energy modernisation of the wall on the ground, 4) thermal modernisation of the external plinth wall, 5) replacement of leaky and non-compliant thermal insulation of the external door joinery, 6) improvement of the installation c.o., 7) improvement in the scope of hot water installation, 8) modernisation of the built-in lighting installation, 9) partial modernisation of the electrical installation for the application of thermal modernisation improvements: photovoltaics and replacement of lighting with energy-saving, 10) installation of photovoltaic panels. The Applicant remains responsible for the implementation of the project. The project is not covered by the state aid regime. The RES installation has been dimensioned in such a way that energy production is used for current demand with the possibility of producing surplus during periods of increased production (summer, holiday periods when the school remains uninfrequent, which is related to marginal use of electricity). Produced surpluses will be stored on the network and received by the Applicant in periods of increased demand — late autumn and winter periods. The produced surplus will be returned to the grid, but the appropriate for the scheme will be balancing in the 12-month system, which gives the possibility of storing in the network any surpluses and collecting them during periods of increased energy consumption.
