The subject of the project is the thermomodernisation of the building performing important social functions — the building of the Primary School at ul. School 12 in Szydłowo, which will include: warming of roofs and walls, replacement of windows, doors, LED lighting, reconstruction of c.o.o. systems and installation of c.w.u., installation of an installation using RES in the form of an air heat pump. The project assumes the installation of only new, unused elements. The aim of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the public utility building and to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by carrying out thermomodernisation works, which is in line with the specific objectives set out for Measure 3.3. Improving energy efficiency using renewable energy sources in the public and residential sectors of Priority Axis 3 Effective and Green Energy. The scope of the project is compatible with the scope of the aid provided for in the priority axis. 3, Action 3.3. Output indicators will be implemented: 1. Number of energy upgraded buildings-1 pcs., 2. Usable area of buildings undergoing thermal modernisation-2 891.82 m², 3. Number of upgraded heat sources — 1.0 pcs. and result indicators: 1. Amount of electricity saved-4.86 MWh/year, 2. Amount of thermal energy saved-640.82 GJ/year, 3. Reduction of final energy consumption as a result of projects-673.82 GJ/year, 4. Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions-36.01 tonnes of CO2 equivalent, 5. Reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings — 201 065.43 kWh/year, 6.Increase in employment in supported entities (other than enterprises) -0.0 FTE, 7. Number of maintained jobs -0.0 FTE, 8. Number of newly created jobs — other forms -0.0 FTE. The total cost of the project consists of the costs of developing project documentation, construction works, investor supervision and project promotion.
