The material scope of the project includes a deep energy modernisation of 3 public buildings located in Płońsk, area 217, district of Płońsk: — Primary School No. 1 ul. Freedom 4, jur. no. 751,752, — Municipal Public Library ul. North 15B, jun. no. 85/2, 86/5, — Department of Housing Economy ul. Inn 5, Vol. 1785/1. The project meets the criterion of comprehensiveness, including: 1) Insulation of objects: a) warming of roofs and roofs, b) warming of foundations, c) warming of the facade, d) insulation of the basement ceiling in the building of the ZGM; 2) Replacement of windows and external doors — replacement of wooden windows with a lower coefficient of thermal permeability; 3) Replacement of lighting for energy-saving — in each building it is planned to replace existing lighting with modern energy-saving LED lighting; 4) Modernisation of heating systems and c.w.u. — including the replacement of radiators with new ones and modernisation of the installation of c.w.u. in building SP Nr 1 at ul. Freedom; 5) Photovoltaic installation (RES) — it is planned to install photovoltaic cells with power from 5 kW to 20 kW in each building; 6) execution of electrical installation, emergency lighting and structural LAN network; 7) performance of ventilation modernisation and installation of additional ventilation in rooms SP1 at ul. Freedom; 8) execution of rainwater discharge from the roof SP1 at ul. Freedom in green areas; 9) Replacement of heating sources in SP No. 1 in Płońsk.
