The main objective of the project is the deep thermomodernisation of the building of the Health Centre in Makoszyn — a public utility building in the area of health care. The objectives of the project and the action planned therein are in line with the specific objectives set out for the 3 rd Priority Axis of the ROP 2014-2020 and with the specific objectives of Measure 3.3 Improving energy efficiency using renewable energy sources in the public and residential sectors. The Municipality of Bieliny will carry out an ex-post audit within 14 months of the completion of the investment in question. Project implementation indicators: 1.The estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions [tonnes of CO2 equivalent] (CI 34)- 32.93; 2. Usable area of buildings undergoing thermal modernisation [m²]- 268.54; 3. Number of energy upgraded buildings (pcs) 1; 4. Reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings [kWh/year] (CI32) kWh/year 135 553,97, 5. Number of RES electricity generation units built [pc.] 1 6. Amount of electricity saved [MWh/year] — 2,541; 7. Amount of thermal energy saved [GJ/year]- 384,48, 8. Reduction of final energy consumption as a result of the implementation of the project [GJ/year]-425,60 The project assumes the installation of only new unused elements.
