EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014).The subject of the project „Development of process innovation in testing and monitoring the life cycle of aviation engine components (hereafter: „Projekt ”) realised by General Electric Company Polska Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: „The Applicant ”, „GECP ”) is the development of a world-class process innovation in the form of a platform of engineering tools, supporting work in the aerospace industry. Process innovation will be implemented in the applicant’s own activities and will contribute to building the Company’s strong position within the GE Group. The project will include the implementation of industrial research (Stage 1 and 2) and development (Stage 3). A comprehensive platform of engineering tools will consist of three modules based on proprietary solutions: for simulation of coupled fluid-structure processors, for automatic analysis and cost prediction at the operating stage of the aircraft engine, and for analysis of operating components in aircraft engines. Implementation of results in the form of automated engineering tools will contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the Company in a highly competitive aviation industry. The results of the Project will constitute an important know-how, which is the basis for the implementation of further advanced research projects – development of development.
